both Oshawa and Courtice
To find a family physician who is taking new patients, contact the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario at 416-967-2626 or visit their website at www.cpso.on.ca. You may also contact the College of Family Physicians at 416-867-9646. You can also contact the Administrative Office at the Oshawa Clinic regarding information for the new new physicians to work at the new Taunton Health Centre. You can also be placed on a waiting list at our institution by completing an application form available at the Front Reception at the Oshawa Site or at the Reception desks at the Courtice or Taunton Sites.
